ACE Gaming Center Hosting Charity Tournament

E-mail Print PDF

Ace Gaming Center will be hosting a charity gaming tournament on August 15th from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. They are raising money for the Jackson County Anti-Drug Coalition in memory of Christopher Rhodes, who died of a drug overdose at the age of 19.

If you've never been there before, it's one of the very few gaming centers in West Virginia. It's located in Ravenswood, and it's a really slick place. They have around 10 - 12 computers, some arcade machines, and a wall-mounted TV. Ivan Scarberry, one of the co-owners, assured me, "yes, these computers DO run Crysis."

Registration is open until August 14th at 12 p.m. You may register at their web site: http://www.acewv.com/
